In A country in the French city, a wizard disguised as a beggar arrives in the Palace room to warm himself from a snow storm and offers a rose in exchange for warmth and shelter to the prince, but the prince refuses. Because of the prince's pride, the witch transformed herself into a Beast and the workers there became inanimate objects, and erased memories of the palace from the local population. She gives him a magic mirror that allows him to see distant events, along with roses. To break the spell, the prince must learn to love others and earn his love rewards before the last rose petals fall. If he fails, he will remain a Beast forever.
A few years later, in the village of Villeneuve, a young nerdy named Belle. He lives with his father Maurice, an inventor and painter. Phillipe leaves Maurice when the Beast finds Maurice picking up roses from the Palace garden and holding him. When Phillipe took Belle to the palace, he offered to take his father's place; Beast receives and releases his father. Belle is released by the castle butler, Lumiere, who turns into a candle as a result of the witch's curse. Then Belle took Beast to the palace and began to take care of his wound. They began to be friends and close, the court workers told Beast that they believed he might be the one who could love the Beast and break the curse. Beast allows Belle into the library and they begin to develop feelings for each other. While Beast has fallen in love with Belle, Belle is still uncertain of her feelings because of her imprisonment.
Meanwhile, Maurice returns to Villeneuve but can not convince people to save Belle. Gaston agrees to help Maurice get his approval, but when Maurice refuses, Gaston leaves him in the forest to die. Maurice was rescued by a resident named Agathe and Maurice returned to the village and accused Gaston of trying to kill him. Gaston convinced the villagers to send Maurice to a mental hospital in town. Using a mirror mirror, Belle sees Maurice arrested and Beast allows her to leave to rescue Maurice, and lets Belle bring a mirror so she can see Beast whenever she wants. At Villeneuve, Belle rescues Maurice and proves his sanity by showing Beast with a mirror mirror. Realizing that Belle loved Beast, Gaston convinced the villagers that the Beast was a man-eating monster and took them to the palace to kill him. However, Maurice and Belle escaped from the cage.
While the villagers were deflected by the employees, Gaston attacked the Beast. The Beast was initially too depressed to fight, but he attacked Gaston after seeing Belle return to the palace. He besieged Gaston and saved his life and then he returned to Belle; However Gaston shot the Beast on his back before the fortress collapsed and fell to his death. After Beast died, the last rose petals fell and Belle confessed her love to her. After seeing the incident, Agathe acknowledged himself as a witch and aborted the curse, then the Beast and the palace servants again became human.
